1. Introduction
These terms govern your use of the Dara Intelligence Limited ("Dara Intel", "we", "us") website at https://daraintel.io and, at a general level, the engagement of Dara Intel's services. Specific commercial engagements are governed by a separately agreed statement of work or contract, which takes precedence over this page in the event of any conflict.
2. Use of This Website
This website is provided for information about Dara Intel and its services. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or its related systems, or use it in a way that could damage, disable or impair it.
3. Intellectual Property
The content, design, logos and branding on this website belong to Dara Intel Intelligence Limited or its licensors, unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission.
4. Service Descriptions
Descriptions of services on this website (including Security Testing, Threat Modelling, Application Security, Software Development, Agentic AI Software Development, Security 360 and VAPT plans) are provided for general information. Where a capability is described as planned or not yet available - such as Data-as-a-Service - it is clearly marked as such and is not currently offered on a commercial basis.
5. Quotes & Contracts
No pricing is published on this website. Any quote provided by Dara Intel is valid only for the period stated in that quote and does not itself form a binding contract. A binding engagement is formed only once both parties sign a statement of work or equivalent agreement.
6. Client Responsibilities
Where you engage Dara Intel for security testing or software development services, you agree to provide accurate information about the systems in scope, timely access where required, and a named point of contact for the engagement.
7. Security Testing Authorisation
Before any security testing engagement (including VAPT, penetration testing or Security 360 activities) begins, the client must provide written authorisation confirming Dara Intel is permitted to test the agreed systems, within an agreed scope and testing window. Dara Intel will not test systems without this authorisation.
8. AI-Assisted Services
Where Dara Intel uses AI-assisted or agentic tooling as part of a software development or security review engagement, this is disclosed to the client as part of the engagement scope. AI-assisted output is subject to human review before delivery, and Dara Intel remains responsible for the quality of work delivered to the client.
9. Third-Party Services
This website uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated abuse of the contact form. Use of that service is subject to Cloudflare's own terms and privacy policy, in addition to ours.
10. Data
Our handling of personal data submitted through this website is described in our Privacy Policy. Data handling for a specific client engagement (including any client system data accessed during testing) is governed by the terms of that engagement.
11. Confidentiality
Dara Intel treats information shared as part of an engagement as confidential, and can sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before detailed discussions where requested. Confidentiality obligations for a specific engagement are set out in that engagement's contract.
12. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Beyond that, Dara Intel's liability in connection with this website is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Liability for a specific paid engagement is governed by that engagement's contract.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
